We use a high-pressure hot water system coupled with environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. This combination is potent against grime and bacteria, effectively cleaning and sanitizing your bins while ensuring our methods remain harmless to the environment.
No. You do not need to be at home to have your bins cleaned. We clean your cans on your trash pickup day. Provided your bins are on the curb, we’ll clean them on your scheduled date.
Yes. We recommend cleaning both, due to bacteria, viruses, and germs that build up on both types of cans.
No! We use an environmentally friendly, biodegradable, odor neutralizer that effectively controls odors. On occasion (for first time bin cleanings), we may also use a biodegradable degreaser.
We do not allow a rotation of bins. The bins you’ve requested are notated in your profile. If you would like to add a one-time cleaning for your 3rd bin let us know.
Here’s the process:
1. You sign up on-line.
2. You’ll receive a welcome email and text (if you requested text updates.)
3. The day before your service each month, you’ll get an email as well as a text, letting you know we’ll be coming.
4. We’ll let you know via the same methods that your service was completed.
Typically, your service will be the same day and week each month we service your bins (example- 2nd Thursday of the month).
